This is an explanation of the flow of CSE121 project flow on Spring 2016 Semester
In this project, we have the following flow:
1- Announce project problem: as shown in https://cseasu.freshdesk.com/solution/articles/14000020565-project-document
2- Collect emails from students: we use the following form: http://goo.gl/forms/1w8rUrPpy3
so please fill that form to enable us to create your account and send you your password
if you want to be sure that we received your form data you can check this link

3- We will create an account for each student in the code submission website: (that will be announced soon) and we will send username and password to each student email.
4- Sending code submission manual: A document will be sent to students to explain steps to submit and evaluate their code on the submission website.
5- If you have a problem or a question about the site or understanding the project mission or any other problem

In which you can add a ticket for your questions or problem and the staff will reply and resolve your problem.
Of course issues asking for the way to solve the project parts will not be answered as it is students main mission.
Also the support system has a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and Getting Started Articles to show you the main/common issues.
